Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations to showcase our product and service offerings
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate technical information and timely delivery of products
  • Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and training to customers
  • Continuously research market trends, generate new sales leads and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, preferably in architecture or possess the skill for structural calculations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably in the construction, Structuring industry
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex product specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in these languages
