Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Manage, coach and mentor the service team, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential
  • Analyse customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service quality and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the team
  • Ensure the team adheres to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service management role
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive business improvements
  • Thorough understanding of customer service best practices and industry regulations
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
