The Technical Maintenance Manager provides technical direction and leadership to the Department.
Ensures the factory’s fixed assets perform and meet their intended fit for purpose.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Managing the team and coordinating tasks and responsibilities.
・Directs and supervises subordinate in the repair and maintenance of equipment.
・Manage and negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers, external equipment and service providers.
・Provides industrial best practices and latest technical advice designed to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
・Work closely with the Production and Quality Departments to address any technical or operational challenges that may arise.
・Ensure the implementation all necessary repairs and modifications identified during assessments, audits, and notifications.
・Detailed and systematic in developing plans for the department and is agile and quick in adapting to emergency situations.
・Review systematically all lines, processes, and utilities that are critical to the business and identify cost reduction opportunities.
・Responsible for developing of preventive and corrective maintenance plans related to facility systems.
(Ventilation Systems, Compressor, Fire Protection System, Chiller, utilities, and infrastructure)
・Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
・Provide guidance and support to other departments on electrical and engineering issues.
・Ensure the updated list of equipment, periodic preventive maintenance schedule and report, and spare part control list are available and accessible.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field)
Maintenance Experience:
10+ years in manufacturing, technical or related environment required.
Maintenance Leadership Experience:
5+ years in manufacturing, technical or related environment required.
