Job Responsibilities:

• Design and calculation of floor slabs and associated beams for reinforced concrete (RC) and steel-framed (S) buildings.
• Design calculations for rebar volume, strength, deflection rate, load capacity, etc.
• Reading construction drawings and performing structural calculations (using CAD) for general contractors.
• Providing professional advice and sales activities to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of product sales experience preferred
• Chinese language (read, write and speak)
• Possess own transport
• Graduating from a construction-related undergraduate or university degree is preferred
