Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for the management team.
-Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business risks and opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:
-Proficiency in English and Chinese.
-Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in new business development.
-Experience in selling intangible products for over 3 years.
-At least 1 year of practical experience using Chinese (excluding working holiday or study abroad).
-Preferably experienced in marketing, advertising & promotion, market research and/or SaaS companies.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Willingness to travel as required.

Export Coordinator Executive

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports all processes in export business, through planning and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
To ensure that all aspects of freight export are managed efficiently and effectively to ensure that service standards are met at all times.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

ORDER PROCESSING
  • Managing the entire sales order process from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze shipping options, negotiate favorable terms with carriers, and strive to secure the most cost-effective methods for the shipment arrangement.
  • Liaise with production for orders updates and plan.
  • Coordinate and follow up with customers on the status of orders. Advises customers of schedule dates and changes of shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with external freight forwarding vendor on the on-going export shipment including containers arrangement and relevant shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with Custom Department and Port on submission for K1-9.
  • Perform day to day monitoring shipment activities to enhance order deliver as per schedule.
  • Ensure all of required documentation (LC, B/L, COO and etc) for export functions are timely sent and arrival notices communicated to overseas customers.

COORDINATION AND SUPPORT
  • Coordinate with production planner on any amendments requested to meet customer expectations and operational capacities.
  • Responsible to liaise with HQ sales team regarding order status, production and delivery schedule and others sales related matters.
  • Provide customer service and follow-up support to customers, sales inquiries and leads in an effective, efficient, professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensures and facilitates a smooth flow of communication within departments to avoid confusion.

DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
  • Prepare information requests from Headquarters and Top management for business forecasting and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and organized sales record and documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales database, order status and customer feedback to ensure the organization is operating efficiently.

CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION AND LIAISON
  • Proactively communication with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, Production) to facilitate the efficient delivery of customer solutions
  • Collaborates with:
    Internal  – Planning, Sales, Purchasing, Production, Quality
    External – Headquarter, Customer, Freight forwarder, Logistic


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
 
  • Preference will be given to those with Experience in 
            - Sea/Air freight and Truck allocation arrangement
            - Export Procedures
            - Custom procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and complaints
  • Strong attention to detail and the production of high-quality work
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment, under pressure and meet tight deadline.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multi-tasking effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business related qualification.

Working Experience:
2+ years in export operation, preferable in a manufacturing industry.
Technical Maintenance Manager (Sector Manufacturing Industry)

The Technical Maintenance Manager provides technical direction and leadership to the Department.
Ensures the factory’s fixed assets perform and meet their intended fit for purpose.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Managing the team and coordinating tasks and responsibilities.
・Directs and supervises subordinate in the repair and maintenance of equipment. 
・Manage and negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers, external equipment and service providers.
・Provides industrial best practices and latest technical advice designed to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
・Work closely with the Production and Quality Departments to address any technical or operational challenges that may arise.
・Ensure the implementation all necessary repairs and modifications identified during assessments, audits, and notifications.  
・Detailed and systematic in developing plans for the department and is agile and quick in adapting to emergency situations.
・Review systematically all lines, processes, and utilities that are critical to the business and identify cost reduction opportunities.
・Responsible for developing of preventive and corrective maintenance plans related to facility systems.
(Ventilation Systems,
Compressor, Fire Protection System, Chiller, utilities, and infrastructure)
・Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
・Provide guidance and support to other departments on electrical and engineering issues.
・Ensure the updated list of equipment, periodic preventive maintenance schedule and report, and spare part control list are available and accessible.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field)

Maintenance Experience:
10+ years in manufacturing, technical or related environment required.

Maintenance Leadership Experience:  
5+ years in manufacturing, technical or related environment required.
