Job Details	Core Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media. Market Research: Analyze customer demographics, buying behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials. Budget Oversight: Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Digital Marketing: Lead initiatives in SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to drive traffic and engagement. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and ROI of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed. Attend auto shows, dealer meetings, and industry events to promote products and gather insights. Develop marketing materials tailored to vehicle launches, aftersales services, and dealership promotions Coordinate with automotive manufacturers on co-branded campaigns and merchandising. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication or related field. 3 to 5 years’ experiences in events. Product knowledge in Aluminium Die casting or automotive parts is added advantages. Hands-on, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and coordination skills. Comfortable with weekend work and on-site event execution. Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing. Comfortable appearing on camera for social media and event content. Willing to travel with own transport.
