Job Details
Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities: 
• Operational Management: Ensure efficient and effective store operations, including inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
• Stock and Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability. Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and operational guidelines, including labour laws and company policies. Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance in all areas of the store's operations.
• Material Planning: Align material availability with production schedules to prevent delays or overproduction. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to address material shortages or quality issues. • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in material procurement and usage. Generate and present detailed reports on material planning performance to senior management.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in store operations, inventory control, or material planning.
• Experience working with suppliers and coordinating stock or materials.

Skills
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Able to plan material needs and align them with production schedules.
• Familiar with ERP or inventory systems.
• Good analytical skills with basic proficiency in Excel.

Compliance & Safety
• Understanding of safety, legal, and company policy compliance.
• Ability to conduct audits and ensure operational standards are met. Core Competencies

Other Requirements
• Willing to work operational hours and conduct stock checks when required.

Salary Details RM5000 - RM7000
