Accountant

• ​​​​​​This position is based in Malaysia (hybrid) and direct reports to Singapore Office.
• Assist Singapore team in managing the Accounting Department of Vietnam factory operation.
• At least 30% travelling is required to overseas offices.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders in different countries to collate information relating to processes
• Responsible for month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Perform variance analysis for financial reporting.
• Review monthly reconciliation and financial schedules.
• Assist in cashflow forecast.Supervise and guide junior staff.
• Assist in statutory audits including preparation of audit schedules.
• Support yearly stock take and stock reconciliation.
• Review of policies and continual process re-engineering and improvements
• Ad hoc and other duties as assigned from time to time.

​​​​​​​Job Requirement:

• University Degree in Accounting or ACCA.
• At least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Working experience at a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Good communication & supervisory skills and ability to work with people in different levels of the organization.
• Meticulous and with eyes for details.
• Willing to travel overseas for at least 30% of time.
• Must be willing to work at Penang Island, Malaysia
