To perform all aspects in equipment maintenance, installation, testing, configuration, trouble-shooting and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
To perform post sales activities to ensure project smooth hand-over to customer.
To work closely with customer, provide technical knowledge or training to acquaint customers with know how to optimize equipment..
To coordinating & liaise with forwarding agent for monitoring full Import & shipment matter and track the performance & cost meet the company requirement.
To be responsible to drive, manage and continual system improvement activities.
Requirements:
Must possess at least SPM, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or other equivalent field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with system support and commissioning related field.
