Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop new furniture products from concept to production, including prototype development and testing.
• To analyze and improve existing furniture products to enhance their quality and cost-effectiveness
• To work with the production team to identify and resolve technical issues during production/span>
• To develop and maintain technical documentation
• To manage team, project timelines and deliverables, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D or technical engineering department.(especially in furniture industry).
• Must be use the CAD tools like AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS to help with 2D, 3D design
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. Must have hands-on knowledge and experience in Testing / Product.
