Job Details | Responsibilities: ・Define and administer Compensation policies and formulate communication plan to employees of different categories (New joiners and/ or existing employees) ・Responsible in annual salary review and bonus exercise, responsible in data provision, verification, consolidation and support HR Business Partner in the calibration process ・Responsible in the formulation of sale incentive schemes for various markets/ channels to drive performance ・Support in formulate any ad-hoc compensation schemes ・Prepare and update salary scale. Liase with external consultant to perform job pricing when necessary. ・Conduct surveys for selected market via external consultants ・Periodically review various fixed and variable allowances to ensure competitiveness. ・Preparation of work rules and employee hand books, also amendments to the rules of employment in line with governance. Requirements: ・Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity. ・High integrity and compliance ・Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills ・Good understanding of labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, Industrial Relation ・Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in written and spoken ・Computer literate, well verse with MS Office ・Having working experience in Trading industry or Reuse industry will be added advantage. ・At least a Degree holder, Degree in Human Resource Management is preferred. |
