Job Details
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist HOD in developing, implementing and monitoring quality control systems and procedures to maintain high standards of product quality
  • Manage the QA operation team, implementing quality control processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Manage customer complaints and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Job Requirement:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in quality dept role within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and technique
