Job Details	Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute annual Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives which include Trade Campaign, Sales Bulletin & etc. Plan and manage Trade Marketing Budget based on TM activities, ensure efficient allocation by trade initiatives and control spending in accordance to budget. Improve brand presence, product visibility and campaign execution across trade. Monitor & track trade campaign performance with analysis /evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of campaign. Take full charge of Nielsen Report to track performance on Market Share, Average Price, Distribution Points and Promotion effectiveness & etc. Plan and execute new products launches to ensure product availability, visibility and right merchandising. Fully take charge of Shopee Official Store in planning and managing promotion activities and support customer service. Conduct Market Visit on regular basis to ensure that the brand is visible and guidelines are respected in accordance to mechanics set. Skills & Qualifications: Possess Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years working experience in sales & marketing role, preferably in trade marketing management position in FMCG. Well versed with Nielsen Data analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint for analysis & business presentation. Excellent strategic and analytical skills. Good leadership skills and a strong ability to collaborate, integrate and work effectively with cross-functional team members. High level of independence and pro-active approach with focus on adding value to the business. Strong sense of achievement with result driven attitude. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Good command of English.
Salary Details	RM7000 - RM10000
