Job Details
Responsibilities:
  • Handle the company’s full set of accounts.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting & finance operations, timely and accurate accounting data entries into the accounting software, including preparing payment vouchers and issuing cheques after receiving authorization from Management – on the compliance of internal control procedure and accounting policy.
  • Prepare and finalize the annual financial audit and present to the Management.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts with analysis and statutory accounts, company income tax computation, and the submission of the company’s income tax and annual return, etc. in timely manner.
  • Management of cash flow including cash flow forecasting to support operations, monitoring bank balance and cash flow position and fund placement, etc.
  • Coordinate and prepare the financial budget and performance target and monitor financial performance against the budgets.
  • Responsible for employees’ payroll and fulfill the requirement of EPF, income tax and Socso.
  • Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, tax agent, company secretary and statutory authorities to ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and accounting statutory requirement.
  • Responsible in managing, updating, indexing and maintaining an accurate and effective filing system.
  • To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation or other accounting-related fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in construction industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.
  • Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCount accounting software and HR Software.
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Malay and Mandarin.
Salary Details RM6000 - RM9000
