The role supports initiatives to increase sales and effective marketing, contributing to achieving revenue/sales targets for All Nippon Airways (ANA) in the Malaysia market.

 

  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager Passenger Sales, this role involves sales and reservations (70%) and marketing (30%).
  • Provide sales support for travel agents' ticketing issues.
  • Prepare reports on market trends and competitor updates for the team and management. This includes regular pricing benchmarking and timely sales performance reports.
  • Assist with fare filing into systems.
  • Support responses to inquiries from customers and travel agents.
  • Support special handling for customers' flights at KLIA.
  • Plan and prepare SNS Facebook campaigns for the Malaysia market.
  • Coordinate sales events preparation and duties around Klang Valley.
  • Tasks for the Manager include compiling monthly reports with market outlooks and trends, plus other administrative tasks to ensure the sales team runs smoothly.

Minimum Requirements

  • A diploma in any field with at least three years of commercial experience in sales or marketing in the travel sector; knowledge of the airline business is preferable.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Ms Office, Google Doc Editors, or equivalent).
  • Basic understanding of airline reservation & ticketing.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English & Malay (Japanese language skills are an advantage).
  • Additional skills in design (Canva) are an added advantage.
  • Willingness to do physical work, especially during events.
  • Based in ANA Kuala Lumpur City Office.
