Job Details	Job Description: Grow and develop the assigned sales region to maximize market potential Achieve the annual sales targets set by the Company. Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities. Expand and strengthened the customer base. Deliver excellent after-sales service and technical support. Consistently meet monthly performance benchmark. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirement: Min Diploma in Electronics Engineering. 1 to 2 years sales experience in electronics components, preferably in passive components. Strong technical skills with experience in customer design-in support. Familiarity with PCB assembly processes is a plus. Self-driven and goal-oriented. Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing. Works independently and handles pressure well. Willing to travel frequently as needed. Open to working beyond regular office hours. Background in electronics R&D is welcomed.
Salary Details	RM3500 - RM4500
