Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of IT support activities, including issue resolution and user requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the IT industry.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
