Job Details
Responsibilities and Duties: 
  • Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to support project execution 
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on delivery schedules or outstanding documents 
  • Assist in general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by management 
Qualifications: 
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field 
  • Good communication and basic computer skills (Excel, email, document handling) 
  • Able to work independently, stay organised, and meet deadlines 
  • Responsible, honest, willing to learn, and a good team player 
  • Preferred: Experience or training in e-invoicing implementation (with AutoCount system) 
Salary Details RM2800 - RM3500
