Job Details	Responsibilities: Develop new clients and build networks of prospective and existing clients by attending client visits, business events, and community gatherings. Liaise with clients to obtain job orders and job descriptions, submit candidate CVs, arrange interviews, handle offer negotiations, send invoices and collect fees, all as part of the responsibility of a 360-degree consultant. Understand candidate and client expectations to ensure successful placements. Source potential and suitable candidates using various channels such as in-house databases, LinkedIn, and referrals etc. Post job ads on our own website, social media platforms, and job boards to attract and connect with potential candidates. Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates to screen their skills and experiences, evaluate the language proficiency based on job descriptions and qualifications. Advise the HR department and Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants for hiring. Manage the in-house database, report activity numbers by weekly, and work closely with team members to achieve team and company goals. Achieve both individual sales and activity KPIs as set by the Manager. Requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or a related field. Fluency in English is required. Japanese language ability is a plus. 2 to 5 years of experience as a 360-degree recruitment consultant, or at least recruiter or Talent Acquisition experience in a recruitment agency or in-house. Familiarity with various client’s industry is an advantage. Proactive mindset with strong multitasking skills, and fast-responding mindset. *Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
