Senior Executive - Contract Logistics/SCM, Process Engineering

Design and implementation

Create and implement new or modified production processes and designs, sometimes from prototype to full-scale production. 

Process optimization

Analyze existing workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. 

Troubleshooting

Identify and solve problems within production systems to ensure smooth operation. 

Documentation 

Author, review, and maintain process documents, standards, and safety guidelines.

Collaboration 

Work with other engineers, production teams, and quality control personnel to ensure seamless operations. 

Safety and compliance

Ensure processes adhere to environmental protection, health, and safety regulations and create safety guidelines.

• Technical expertise : Strong knowledge of engineering principles, and proficiency in process engineering 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse data, identify problems, and develop solutions. 
• Communication: verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and persuade others to change practices.
• Project management : Skills in managing projects from start to finish.

Requirements: 

• 1. Preferred bachelor's degree in or a related engineering discipline. 
  2. Able to write and read in English 

  3. At least 3 - 5 years' experience in manufacturing sector preferable semiconductor

  4. Strong command of process simulation tools (Aspen, HYSY, CHEMCAD or other similar) 

  5. Knowledge and familiar using Excel/VBA, MATLAB, Python, SPC, SCADA and etc. 

  6. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving

  7. Attention to detail and documentation discipline
