Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and create engaging short‑form videos and photo content for the social media platforms currently used by the restaurant(Japanese Soba Restaurant), such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Edit videos by adding captions, music, effects, and other elements optimized for social media.
• Develop simple content ideas that effectively showcase the restaurant’s brand, promotions, seasonal menus, and events.
• Upload and schedule posts on social media, ensuring proper sizing, hashtags, and descriptions.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate popular styles and formats into content creation.
• Work closely with management and restanrant staff to produce content that aligns with campaigns and restaurant goals.
• Analyze social media insights to create content and videos that help increase audience reach and engagement.
• Conduct live commerce sessions to promote and sell Japanese products, appearing on camera to introduce and explain the items.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in video creating and editing for social media.
• Proven track record of successfully producing engaging video content for marketing purposes.
• Proficient in video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows and techniques.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Willing to appear on camera and actively create engaging content for social media.
• Experience creating content for F&B, hospitality, or retail brands is an advantage.
• Chinese language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is an advantage, as future use of "Red" is under consideration.
