- Project Management
-On-site project management for mechanical equipment installation works at factories across various industries, including automotive, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, electrical/electronic components, petrochemical, and others
-Coordinating and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth planning and execution of construction projects
-Managing and coordinating construction-related matters with clients and subcontractors, including delivery schedules, project timelines, on-site construction specifications, safety measures, and work permit applications
-Preparing construction-related documentation such as project schedules, organizational charts, manpower plans, and safety management documents
- Sales Team Support
-Reviewing drawings and specifications for quotation projects, selecting appropriate equipment, and providing technical advice and support to the sales team
- Handled Equipment and Systems
-Automation systems, Energy-saving equipment, Solar power systems, Food and chemical processing machinery (reactors, heat exchangers, tanks, filling machines, packaging machines, cleaning machines, dryers, etc.), Boilers, compressors, blowers, pumps, Wastewater&Purewater treatment facilities, Groundwater utilization systems, Power receiving and distribution facilities, General factory equipment and utilities
- Handled Construction Works
-Mechanical installation works, Piping works, Electrical works, Building and civil engineering works.
Requirments:
- Experience in managing mechanical equipment installation and construction projects
- Strong engineering and technical skills
- Experience working in factory or plant environments
- Strong engineering and technical skill, Excellent communication skills, Strong awareness of safety management and compliance, Effective time management skills, Strong plannin/execution and project completion capabilities, Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and contractors at construction sites, Proper reporting, communication, and consultation with team member and Boss.
- English proficiency is required
- Japanese language is a plus , but not mandatory
