Job Description: 
<Sales Coordinate>
  • Shall prepare and collect the 3 months sales forecast based on the customers’ requirement on monthly basis. The date should be revised on day to day basis upon the customers ‘inquiry 
  • Shall update the actual order in material position list weekly.  
  • Shall follow-up the customers complain and monitor the customers’ voice on the regular basis.
  • Shall carry out the delivery scheduling and negotiate the delivery schedule with the customers and the trading firms.  
  • Shall monitor the pallet collection, shipping costs, etc.  
  • Shall carry out sales recording task and key in the system (sales related items) .
  • Shall monitor customers’ PO. 
  • Shall prepare Delivery order, invoice, and shipping document to customers. 
  • Shall prepare the sales contract to customers if necessary. 
  • Shall monitoring the expired status of customers’ LMW copy, SST status and etc. 
  • Shall check invoice from forwarder, insurance company. 
  • Any other relevant responsibility assigned by the superior 
  • Shall handle incoming calls for any enquiry. 
  • Able to make summary for sales team how many new RFQ in a month. 
  • Able to work closely with production staffs and update the stock level daily and solved the different if actual stock and system quantity are different. 
  • Able to monitor the samples when shall be return back. 
  • Able to alert sales team which item is less than safety stock level.  
  • Indoor sales activity shall be carried out if required, example call up customer for appointment meeting. 
  • Always communicates and liaise with the related parties (sales team) on the delivery advice. 
  • Prepared Proforma Invoice for customer to make a payment (or cash) in advance according to the payment terms. 
  • Prepare “Delivery Note” especially sample for each Sales P.I.C. 
<Logistics & others>
  • Generate documentation, delivery order and tax invoice using UBS system. 
  • Liaise with forwarder and transporter closely for delivery to meet customer requirement. 
  • If domestic delivery, shall call, WhatsApp or email to transporter to do booking/early booking. 
  • If export shipment, shall generate the invoice and packing list, insurance purchase (if have)  and others special requirement from customer. 
  • Monitoring movement of the containers to avoid other extra charges incurred. 
  • Tracking of all incoming shipments and late shipments. 
  • Monitoring incoming email from customers, forwarding company, logistics company. 
  • Support for Sales Team (Delivery status/transport charges). 
  • Counter check billing from forwarding/logistics company for Accounts department. 
  • Any other ad-hoc task will be assigned from time to time 
  • To organize and manage documents, record and filing for smooth data retrieving. 
Requirements:
  • High school graduate is a minimum required. 
  • Open minded and human skill 
  • English language skill
  • Communication skill to customer is highly required
  • Motivated & good characteristic
Salary Details RM3500 - RM4500
