Job Details	Responsibilities: Support in developing new clients and assist in building networks of prospective and existing clients by joining client visits, business events, and community gatherings together with senior team members. Assist in liaising with clients to obtain job orders and job descriptions, and help prepare and submit candidate CVs under guidance. Learn to understand candidate and client expectations to contribute to successful placements. Source potential candidates using in-house databases, LinkedIn, and referrals, with coaching from the team. Participate in candidate interviews to support screening of skills and experiences, and assist in evaluating language proficiency according to job requirements. Coordinate interview arrangements and support offer negotiations together with senior consultants. Help post job ads on the company website, social media platforms, and job boards to attract candidates. Maintain and update the in-house database, and report weekly activity numbers with accuracy. Work towards achieving individual sales and activity KPIs as set by the Manager, with ongoing training and support. Collaborate closely with team members to achieve team and company goals. Requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or a related field. Fluency in English is required. Japanese language ability is a plus. 1 to 3 years of experience as a recruitment consultant, or at least recruiter or Talent Acquisition experience in a recruitment agency or in-house. Good sourcing skills. Proactive mindset with strong multitasking skills, and fast-responding mindset. *Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
