| Job Details | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on BMS systems (e.g., HVAC controls, lighting control, energy monitoring).
- Diagnose and repair system faults and hardware/software issues.
- Commission and configure controllers, sensors, and field devices.
- Carry out system upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.
- Analyze and optimize system performance for energy efficiency and comfort.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality service.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and system schematics.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and industry standards
- Provide assistance to Manager in generating Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
- Attend meetings and resolving engineering and technical issues when requested.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, communication with staff and providing customer feedback.
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and revert the complaints to superior to solve the issues in the professional manner.
- Ensure customer information to be kept confidentially and adequately according to company rules and regulations.
- Work with sales team to ensure after-sales service to customer, providing expert advice / consultancy, strengthening customer relationship, etc.
- Work closely and maintain good communication within department and other departments.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for any other tasks assigned from time to time by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Diploma holder or Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess technical knowledge of building automation system (HVAC mechanical and controls) will be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Japanese (is an added advantage) including ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers and within organization.
- Required Skill(s): Planning, organization, strong follow-up, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, planning and problem solving.
- Proficiency in computer programming and software for building automation, such as BACnet, LonWorks, and Modbus.
- Pleasant, proactive, good team player, self-initiated, responsible & positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and work under pressure.
- Willing to travel to site or outstation and meeting with customer as required.
- Possess with own transport & valid driving license.
