Job Details
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end export operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant shipment of goods.
  • Oversee the entire export process, verifying the accuracy of export documents such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
  • Maintain records of all shipment documentation and track shipment statuses.
  • Develop and implement best practices for export operations, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise closely with Headquarter, customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth export.
  • Resolve transportation, logistics and customer-related issues efficiently to maintain service
  • Support management and undertake additional duties or assignments related to export operations as required.
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Diploma or related qualification
Minimum of 3-5 years in an export management role
In-depth knowledge of export regulations and documentation
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation skills are often a plus, as is analytical thinking with a sense of urgency
Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
Salary Details RM6000 - RM7000
