Job Responsibilities
  • Report to Service Manager
  • Install, commission, service, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment at customer sites
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Provide on-site technical support and user training when required
  • Prepare service reports, documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Liaise with principals, suppliers, and internal teams for technical matters
  • Respond promptly to service calls and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Comply with safety, quality, and company SOPs

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical /Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years’ related experience.
  • Knowledge of PLC & troubleshooting using circuits diagrams, Autocad software & engineering drawing is a MUST.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, and responsible
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia and perform field-based work
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work on Weekend, Public holiday & Overtime.
  • Possess valid driving License & Own transport.
Salary Details RM3000 - RM4000
