Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across Modern Trade channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key account buyers and partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison between key account buyers and internal teams to ensure alignment on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external finance, sales, logistics, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless account operations.
  • Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense targets within budget.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for management and key customers.
  • Plan and execute planogram to strengthen brand visibility and products awareness
  • Provide direction to salespeople, ensure each salespeople execute according to the plan.
  • Provide market insights and understand competitor’s activities to identify growth opportunities 
  • Plan local and outstation market visits to monitor execution by salespeople and gather market feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a degree in related field.
  • Min 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with listing procedures, trading terms, and trade promo requirements.
  • With experience working directly with retail buyers.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment as well as in a team.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Details RM6000 - RM7000
