Job Description:
  • General Admin/ Purchasing Response phone call and Email enquiry
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers
  • Order and delivery management (coordinate with courier service company if needed for receiving goods)
  • Organize documents, filling, matching PO to Invoice
  • Laminate and cutting price cards, POP etc.
  • Reserving meeting rooms when needed
Requirement:
  • Min 1 year of related experience ( ​​Freshgrad is welcome to apply)
  • Responsible, Cooperative and Organized personality
  • Able to use MS Office
  • Have an understanding of Japanese company and cultures
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Read, Write & Speak)
  • Good in communication skills
