JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and fulfillment according to customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest automotive trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee sales administrative tasks — including order tracking, document processing, delivery coordination, sales reporting, and invoice distribution.
  • Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure customer specifications are met and orders are processed accurately.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings to align sales and manufacturing schedules.
  • Conduct customer visits and business meetings to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a manufacturing or automotive-related environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proactive, results driven, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to grow within a leading organization.
Salary Details RM4500 - RM5000
