Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries, including phone calls from both Japanese and international clients. 
  • Manage updates, complaints, changes, and cancellations with partners
  • Provide proposals and recommendations for services and products
  • Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and chat
  • Input and maintain information in the system
Requirements:
  • JLPT N1 or N2 holder with work experience in Japan
  • Work experience in customer support, preferably within the travel industry; experience handling phone inquiries is a plus
  • Strong typing skills and solid basic PC knowledge
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to different situations

Salary Details RM7000 - RM9000
