Job Details	Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers, ensuring proper equipment operation and assisting field technicians with troubleshooting. Monitor and analyze product performance, identify issues, recommend improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve problems. Support new product rollouts by working closely with engineers and field staff during development and updates, offering feedback and solutions. Maintain service records by documenting customer interactions and leveraging data to prepare for service calls. Partner with the Training & Documentation team to create technical materials such as service bulletins, installation guides, and manuals for field technicians. Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for field personnel. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across assigned processes. Coordinate service activities related to designated product lines. Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies. Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. 3–5 years of industrial experience, including at least 3 years in field service or technical support. 1–3 years of hands-on experience with network interfaces. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows (7 & 10), SQL Express, TCP/IP networking, and Microsoft Office. Programming knowledge in C++ or Java, plus web development skills. Basic understanding of system integration with customer servers (e.g., Oracle). Broad product knowledge across multiple product lines. Ability to interpret electrical schematics and pneumatic diagrams. Skilled in troubleshooting PC-related issues. Experience in delivering presentations and conducting training sessions. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, including technical writing. Strong organizational, leadership, and project coordination abilities. Team-oriented, mature, and capable of working independently under pressure. Willingness to travel frequently.
