Job Responsibilities
  • Drive sales activities for mechatronics products, with a strong focus on Factory Automation solutions.
  • 100% focus on new customer development, targeting both Japanese and Malaysian companies.
  • Manage supplier relationships across Japan, China, and Malaysia, including system integrators.
  • Identify customer needs, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, and oversee the full sales cycle from negotiation to delivery.
  • Develop new business opportunities while strengthening long-term partnerships with existing clients.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, client engagement, proposal preparation, quotation, negotiation, contract execution, and delivery coordination.
 Job Requirements
  • Min 1-2 years experience working in Factory Automation industry and sales experience
  • Mechanical Engineering background
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and actively visit local customers to build and strengthen relationships
  • Highly driven in business, with a constant desire to explore and pursue new opportunities.
  • Possesses a friendly, honest, and humble personality, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Salary Details RM5500 - RM6300
