Job Details
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual marketing plans and track results.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns with team and agencies.
  • Lead digital marketing across SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, email, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver visuals, videos, and content.
  • Monitor analytics, run A/B tests, and optimize website performance.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Handle PR initiatives, media relations, and copywriting.
  • Lead e-commerce strategy focusing on conversion, UX, and digital advertising.

 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing/e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in digital advertising (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa (written and spoken).
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in consumer goods industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM, analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Company provides laptop and phone allowance/phone.
Salary Details RM3500 - RM4500
