Job Details	Job Description: Oversee and maintain the overall quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of IT systems. Anticipate risks and implement optimal solutions to strengthen network and information security. Ensure stability and compatibility of IT infrastructure, including hardware and network components. Keep critical systems updated, including servers, firewalls, antivirus, and other essential software. Manage daily data backup processes and safeguard against threats through evaluation, quarantine, and prevention. Deliver responsive technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Administer software licensing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with local authorities and external IT providers when required. Provide emergency support and backup for team members to maintain operational continuity. Plan and manage manpower requirements, including recruitment activities. Contribute to employee development through performance evaluation, training, budgeting, and SOP documentation. Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or system administration. Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, antivirus systems, and backup solutions. Hands-on experience with server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and software licensing administration. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Salary Details	RM5000 - RM8000
