Field Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported technical issues, providing clear troubleshooting guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to deliver accurate and effective customer support.
• Conduct product training sessions and assist customers in maximizing product functionality.
• Ensure professional, timely, and customer-focused communication at all times.
• Enhance support processes by conducting joint customer visits, training technical sales teams, and preparing clear reports and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• ​​​​​​​Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronics Application Engineering.
• Strong background in circuit and PCB design, with expertise in EMC/EMI and magnetic components.
• Hands-on experience in EMC laboratory testing and supporting customer design requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
