Overall Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to joinour e-commerce customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for: 
  • Providing high-quality customer support through phone, email, and online chat.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and engaging relationship with each client.

Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Japanese (Native or Business Level - Spoken, written, and reading comrehension)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide customer-friendly service.
  • Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation.
  • Flexibility to wok in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.​​​​
Salary Details RM7000 - RM7000
Skills and ExperienceJapanese: Business Level (JLPT N2 Or Above Or Required C1 Level)
Working HoursShift Rotation (between MYT 7:00AM - 11:00PM, 8 hours per day)
