Business Analyst

Overview
 A Business Analyst is required to bridge business needs and technology solutions across a digital platform. This role involves gathering requirements, translating them into clear specifications, and supporting the delivery of scalable, high-performing products in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect and understand business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear documents and user stories
• Work with product, development, and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery of features
• Analyse user behaviour, workflows, and system performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Support testing (UAT), validation, and follow-up after system release
• Ensure compliance, risk, and operational requirements are properly considered in solutions
• Maintain proper documentation including BRD, FRD, and process flows

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within digital, fintech, gaming, or similar environments
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Working knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and exposure to data tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
• Strong analytical mindset with solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
