Job Details	Job Description Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement integrated annual marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. Ensure all marketing promotions and activities are executed effectively through strong collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. Establish partnerships across various distribution channels — including Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA, and E-Commerce — to maintain consistent brand representation. Optimize the allocation and utilization of marketing resources and the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget to maximize ROI. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities; conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights that guide product development and marketing strategies. Contribute to developing effective pricing and promotional strategies to maintain competitiveness in the market. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media platforms such as Shopee and TikTok. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or brand management (FMCG preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills Proven success in digital marketing and campaign execution
Salary Details	RM6000 - RM9500
