JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence will support the Senior Manager, Operations Excellence, in driving operational excellence activities. This will involve implementing XSITE, labor management tools, productivity tools, conducting improvement studies, and serving as a trainer for LEAN/Continuous Improvement (CI) topics. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute the Continuous Improvement plan.

  • Conduct operational improvement studies on productivity, waste identification, and waste elimination at the operational level.
  • Ensure XSITE requirements are sustained in areas such as health and safety, 5S, visual management, performance management, process management, business continuity, and CI.
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement workshops such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and 8D Problem-Solving.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the Operations team and provide support for Lean/CI activities.
  • Review CI project submissions from the site team and provide guidance on Lean strategies.
  • Develop key metrics and initiatives to capture non-value-added tasks and deviations from standard processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics related to the country scorecard and KPIs.
  • Initiate and assess the site's LEAN maturity, conduct training such as Lean games, Kaizen, and 5S.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A university degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant technical field.
  • At least 2 years of CI experience in logistics/3PL, with Lean expertise in a warehouse/shop floor environment and digitalization knowledge.
  • Lean Six Sigma and Business Analytics qualification are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps).
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel interstate and/or overseas for projects as required.
