Job Details	Job Scope: Oversee daily Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and managing customer portals. Evaluate and enhance AR processes; maintain updated training manuals with proper documentation control. Generate monthly reports on AR/AP, collection performance, and financial analysis for management review. Process staff claims, expense vouchers, and check payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Support accounting entries, financial transactions, audits, and ad-hoc finance initiatives. Address customer inquiries, escalate unresolved issues, and calculate local NCH commissions. Carry out additional ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirement: Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Accountancy (or equivalent). At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance role. Familiarity with audit procedures; knowledge of SAP/SQL systems preferred. Tax exposure is an added advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills are highly desirable. Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated with a positive attitude; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Resourceful and able to maximize efficiency with limited resources.
