JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key enabler for business growth for Korean MNC customers in Malaysia. Serves as the primary escalation point for Korean customer-related topics, and is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships while maximizing sales opportunities for Korean MNC accounts in Malaysia.
  • Ensure sustainable growth of key account customers in the respective cluster/country in terms of volumes, revenues, and gross profit (GP) in alignment with country CCO and country Vertical Markets.
  • Set sales budget targets for the assigned accounts based on respective country targets.
  • Drive revenue and volume growth through business development efforts, including generating new business and protecting or expanding existing business.
  • Steer development of key account portfolio in the country.
  • Define and drive sales strategy for assigned Korean MNC accounts in Malaysia.
  • Set and monitor sales budget targets aligned with country objectives.
  • Respond to Korean customer queries and serve as escalation point.
  • Collaborate with Vertical Markets, Operations, and Finance on account performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, key account management, or business development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing Korean MNC accounts or strong familiarity with Korean business culture is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics solutions, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at senior level.
  • Proficient in business development strategies including pipeline management and account planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in Korean language is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and travel nationwide as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
