【Job Overview】​​​ ​
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive new business development in the Malaysia market, with a strong focus on Japanese and Japanese-related companies.
You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing, Total Electronics, and Management teams to expand market presence, acquire new customers, and contribute to overall business growth.

【Key Responsibilities】
《New Business Development》

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Malaysia market, especially among Japanese and multinational companies
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and market research
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies to win new customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

《Sales Activities & Deal Closing》

  • Conduct face-to-face sales visits and business discussions with prospective clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers
  • Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to ensure timely conversion
  • Drive aggressive new customer acquisition and revenue growth

《Customer Relationship Management》

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Act as the primary contact for Japanese-speaking customers
  • Support customer onboarding and coordinate smooth handover to operations after closing deals

《Market Intelligence & Reporting》

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing information
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts
  • Provide market feedback and recommendations to Management

《Internal Coordination》

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order execution
  • Maintain customer database and sales records
  • Prepare sales presentation materials and reports


【Requirements】

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, or related fields
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience preferred
  • Hunter-type sales mentality with strong new business acquisition skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel frequently within Malaysia
  • Possess own transportation

Salary Details RM6000 - RM8000
