Job Description:
  • Prepare and verify export documentation
  • Generate and review Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, LC term and Shipping Instructions
  • Ensure all documents meet international trade regulations and destination country requirements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Liaise with shipping lines, air cargo agents, and third-party logistics providers to arrange transport
  • Ensure timely booking of shipments and monitor cargo movement until delivery
  • Customs clearance and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure documentation complies with customs regulations, incoterms, and export control laws
  • Submit necessary paperwork to government agencies and maintain records for audits Internal collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to gather shipment details and resolve discrepancies
  • Update internal systems with shipment status and documentation
  • Recordkeeping and reporting
  • Maintain organized records of all export transactions and shipping documents
  • Generate reports on shipment performance, delays, and compliance issues
Salary Details RM3000 - RM4000
