Job Details	Job Responsibilities: Attending outfield services such as repairs, installations, and hygiene maintenance. Handling in-house repairs for vacuum cleaners and small appliances. Ensuring every customer interaction meets our service standards. Providing technical advice and support when customers need help. Conducting product inspections at warehouses or dealer sites and preparing simple reports. Preparing quotations and following up with customers closely. Managing daily admin tasks such as job closing and payment collection. Tracking own service performance (AR, RCT, FVR & NPS). Working closely with internal teams like the Call Centre and Spare Parts department. Supporting other ad hoc service activities as needed. Job Requirements: Technical Certificate, Diploma in Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in a technical service or customer service role. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email communication). A customer-first mindset – friendly, patient, and professional. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for teamwork.
Salary Details	RM3800 - RM4500
