Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the administration function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the company.
  • Manage HR activities including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Drive ISO-related initiatives, ensuring documentation, audits, and continuous improvement processes are effectively implemented.
  • Act as Head of Administration, supervising administrative staff and coordinating office management tasks.
  • Provide strategic input to management on HR and administrative matters to support business growth.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably at supervisory or managerial level.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and ability to manage certification processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance HR responsibilities with administrative oversight in a manufacturing / industrial environment.
Salary Details RM5000 - RM7000
