【Job Responsibilities】
As a Relocation Consultant, you will guide clients through every stage of their relocation journey to Malaysia. Your responsibilities include:
- Provide consultation and personalized relocation advice to clients
- Assist with MM2H and PVIP visa applications
- Prepare and review application documents
- Coordinate with Malaysian Immigration and government authorities
- Support clients with bank account opening
- Assist with property rental and purchase arrangements
- Coordinate education and school enrollment support
- Provide post-arrival settlement assistance
- Organize seminars and promotional events
- Support marketing activities targeting Mandarin-speaking markets
- Participate in overseas exhibitions and seminars (when required)
- This role involves both office work and client meetings, so strong communication skills and flexibility are important.
【Requirements】
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Native or business-level Mandarin
- Business-level English
- Conversational Japanese (JLPT N2 level)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, etc.
